General Manager | U14 Boys & U19 Girls
Kyle Verchereau is one of the State's most dedicated young Coaches. A student of the game who excelled on the High School and College Soccer field. Kyle specializes in position specific functional training and tactical development; his experience ranges from youth development through High School and College levels making stops at Capital Soccer Club, Nordic Soccer Club, Rice Memorial High School, Chittenden Valley High School and Saint Michael's College.
Kyle's role as General Manager for Vermont United will focus on three main parts.
Coaching: Kyle will be coaching the U14 boys and U19 girls teams, as well as directing position specific training programs. He will also be working with our youth development U8 and U10 program.
Program Development & Expansion: Kyle will help us develop other programs in our area, Brian says " as we are learning from other families, some would like to experience our youth soccer model, Kyle will help us achieve that". Brian also mentions "We will also be able to offer more training for our players who are asking for extra".
Marketing: Kyle will work at bringing Vermont United's website and social media presence up to speed with our level of instruction.
In addition to Vermont United Soccer Academy, Kyle is the Owner/ CEO of Shock Sports, a local training and development company.
Kyle holds a USSF E License and has completed the NSCAA Goalkeeper Level 1 & 2 Diploma.
As a player Kyle was a member of the soccer, hockey and lacrosse teams at U-32 High School. Kyle began his collegiate soccer career as a freshman starter at New England College, he then transferred to Northern Vermont University- Johnson where he was named captain and led the team to playoffs for the first time in over 5 years.
