PLAYERS FIRST CLUB

We are honored to have the opportunity to train your student-athlete, we promise to train the whole person, educating our athletes on nutrition, fitness, injury prevention, sportsmanship, and an overall professional approach to the game. We listen to players' questions and create an environment of learning and solving problems.

Our player package includes: training by highly qualified and licensed soccer coaches, a club uniform & training jersey, a personal soccer ball, two training sessions a week for six months with player-position optional trainings, access to two indoor facilities and three outdoor complexes, competitive play in the VSL spring soccer league and one local tournament, and a week of summer camp of your choice in June/July/August.

At Vermont United, our coaches are chosen by the way they interact with our players, other coaches and our community. We pride ourselves on making a connection with your player that will last a lifetime. We are very excited by the interest we are drawing from local coaches. Vermont United is also committed to coaching education as we offer advanced education to all staff and a coaching mentor program. Our coaches bio's speak for themselves. United coaches are highly qualified, successful and licensed soccer coaches. Feel free to watch a training session and communicate directly with our coaches.

 

DEVELOPMENT

From the U8 program to the U19 team, we apply training ideas that relate to defending and attacking. Our youngest and oldest players enjoy a training atmosphere that's fun; and allows for experimentation while learning how to defend 1V1, and attack once they win the ball. Our players are our proudest accomplishment.
